The Basics
Private Training (Dogs over 6 months)
Duration: Six 1 Hour Weekly Sessions & Six Group Classes
This program will cover the essentials for a well-mannered family dog. We will help open the lines of communication and reinforce practical home skills. We will address common problems like leash pulling, counter surfing, door-dashing, jumping on guests, and barreling over the kids. Teaching your dog proper home manners such as a reliable sit, down, place and leash communication with home management commands such as leave it, off, and come we can help shape your dog into the best dog he can be. We will focus on distance, duration and distractions, with each command.
Out & About
Public Training
Private Training (For Adult Dogs)
Duration: Eight 1 Hour Weekly Sessions
Now that your dog is a rockstar in the home it’s time to take those skills out in public. In this program we will venture to dog friendly establishments and public places. We will teach you to navigate around people, dogs, and environmental obstacles you and your dog would encounter out and about. We will put a lot of emphasis on handler focus and neutrality in different environments.
At the end of this program, you and your dog will have the opportunity to participate the AKC Canine Good Citizen test and earn a certificate.

Behavior Modification
Private Training (For Adult Dogs)
Duration: Eight 1 Hour Weekly Sessions & Eight Group Classes
Is your dog barking, lunging, pulling and overall reactive towards people or other dogs on walks
or in the home. It’s hard, its draining and its embarrassing. We get it! Walks should be a dream,
not a nightmare. On the other side of reactivity, a dog that is super fearful, and hiding behind you
is feeling the same thing as that dog barking and lunging. Both of these dogs to gain confidence
and appropriate communication skills to manage their feelings. With this program we will reopen
the lines of communication so you can look forward to walks with your dog instead of feeling
like you a headed to battle every time you go to exercise your dog. Not only will all your basic
commands be included in this program but we will show you how to navigate reactivity in home
and in public. We will focus on neutrality, obedience, engagement and confidence building for
both dog and handler.
Head Start - The Basics
Private Training (For Puppies under 6 months old)
Duration: Six 1 Hour Weekly Sessions & Six Group Classes
This program is geared toward setting you and your new puppy up for success. This individualized
program will teach you how to clearly communicate with your puppy while also build a closer bond with
your new addition. We will address common issues like jumping, biting, eating everything off the floor and
pulling on the leash. The skills learned in this program will be sit, down, come (with name recognition),
place, leave it, off, and a loose leash walk. We will cover potty training, kennel training and puppy
nuisance behaviors. The last key element we will be focusing on will be safe and appropriate human and
dog socialization that will all come together to shape your puppy into a well-mannered confident dog.

Confidence is Key
Private Training (This program is by evaluation only)
Duration: Six 1 Hour Weekly Sessions
This program will focus entirely on confidence building exercises and scenarios. We will not be focusing heavily on obedience but rather trusting the leash and the handler to navigate new and challenging situations. We want to show our furry friend the world is not a scary place and they can trust and rely on us as handlers to never put them in harms way. We will show you what to work on at home and in public to get your dog to the confidant companion we know he can be.
Board & Train Program
Duration: 4 Weeks (minimum) + 1 hour private sessions
(Included for life)
In our 4-week (minimum; additional time will be
added as needed and included in the program cost) program we will take your dog to our 24/7 staffed
facility where your dog will be learning every day with both formal and informal training sessions. When
your dog is not in training, we play engagement games, work through confidence building, neutrality work,
slat mill run sessions, enrichment activities and of course a lot of human attention and play time. We will
work though all our obedience and neutrality skills in home and public settings. The best part is, we want
you to come in for visits, to start working on your dog’s new skills before they go home. When it is time to
bring your dog home you will receive an hour-long handover session on the day of pickup as well as
additional training sessions. We offer lifetime maintenance training, follow-ups and continuing support
group classes included in the program cost.

stay at our 24/7 staffed facility for 4 consecutive days and return home for the following 3 for a total of 5

Dock Diving
Our dock diving program offers dogs of all experience levels a safe, structured introduction to one of the fastest-growing canine sports. Whether your dog is a confident jumper or brand new to the water, our facility is designed to build confidence, drive, and enthusiasm at your dog’s pace.
For first-time participants, we offer a one-time “Try It” session per dog — a 30-minute introduction to dock diving to see if your dog enjoys the activity. Dogs are guided by experienced staff and can choose to enter the water from the dock or start on our ramp for a gradual, confidence-building approach.
Dock diving at I.B. K9 is focused on positive exposure, safety, and fun, making it a great option for dogs looking to explore something new or begin their dock diving journey.

Hybrid Lite Program
Weekdays with Us ; Weekends at Home

This program is ideal for owners with limited time who still want meaningful progress, consistency, and accountability — without full-time boarding.
